dkrenik - February 17, 2017My bottle shows 11.5 ABV and 2 years in bourbon barrels.
Cloudy but brown with modest head that dissipates quickly. Muted aromas of tart cherries. Deceptively light bodied with soft, fine, carbonation. Amazing balance between malt and sour. More tart cherries on the palate.
An outstanding bottle of brew.
