jaywill1323 - November 1, 2013Mahogany in color with a bubbly quickly dissipating thin tan head and pungent spicy garlic aromas. Smooth velvety mouthfeel with a pungent garlic forward taste, and slight bitterness at the end. Made with 'black crack' garlic. What an odd one, but pretty good. Just like a hophead you really need to like the stinking rose especially raw to like this one. An interesting novelty. At bierreria in the city for a limited time. Would only have one in a sitting.
