Mostly sweet, some dark fruit...smooth and creamy, but too sweet for this to be any more than a 3-star beer

Dark caramel color. Strong nose of dark fruit. Great Belgian sugar sweet, malty, good carbonation. Got even tastier as it warmed.

Disappointing. Has malt and fizz but lacks flavour. Not worth $10. Eyes closed I could be drinking a Creemore Bock. I subscribe to the Great Lakes Brewing News and Brewery Ommegang is always well thought of. Whahappened?
