Mapwhap - October 6, 2014More of a novelty beer. Brewed as an English-style summer ale, intended to taste like funnel cake (or fried dough, for those of you from the New England area). Brewed with English malts and aged over vanilla beans. It was surprisingly good. Very drinkable, but unfortunately very expensive at the Texas State Fair. Cost about 6 dollars for a 10 oz cup, which is entirely too much. The powdered sugar on the rim was a nice touch. Creative, but I wouldn't seek it out again at that price.
