Clear yellow with a thick white head. Plenty of bubbles from start to finish. Faint fruit and straw scent. Nice light dry grassy taste. Light crispy bite. Maybe the perfect kolsch.

For a Kolsch, there's only a handful just as good - fewer that are better. There is not supposed to be any dominant or complex flavors to ponder for 20 minutes - light hops, fruit, and just past neutral toward a mild sweetness. This accomplishes all that.
