Rich in flavor and caressingly smooth in texture, this provocative American take on a porter will draw you in deep. Velvety layers of chocolate and roasted coffee grounds suffuse the palate, slowly and subtly giving way to the unusually aggressive hops...The transition is so smooth, it's difficult to discern where the roast ends and the hops begin. A wonderfully complete brew!

Dark, a bit heavy, ton of coffee notes, bit of alcohol seeps trough, delicious, smooth. Earthy, smoky, creamy.

Good porter. Not too bitter no aftertaste.

Pleasantly surprised. Nice warm chocolate smell with some acidic coffee, I had this a night with some world class iPas and not only was it tasty but very memorable. Reminds me of black butte, but better. Full mouthfeel, not too acidic in the taste. Stuck to a porter but nice stout flirtation.
