Very dark and opaque. Tasty malt flavor with a little hop essence, not found in most porters. Slight coffee aftertaste. Nice overall.

Terrific porter. Great mouthfeel and body. Dark chocolate overtones, but thankfully no sweetness, just the bitter, rich cocoa flavor. Light but noticeable carbonation (so many porters are flat-not this one). I?m not normally a big porter fan, but this is a winner.
