This had a true rye finish with the bitter swallow and after taste. Overall it was tasty for a rye.

Good black rye IPA overall, enjoyed it, very smooth and tasty, a little more smoky and not quite as good as Wooky Jack. Bottle, January 2015.

A black IPA made with rye. BIg bandaid flavor up front, hops stick to my tongue throughout. A little roasted coffee and cocoa on the finish, with some bitterness that I feel comes from the hops and not the rye. I was expecting more rye flavor. 1/19/15 bottle
