mybuddyjonathan - March 26, 2013The spice in the beer makes it taste skunked, I would not call it refreshing although it is light. I would probably drink if it was the only thing in the fridge above a domestic beer.

A little bitter and sour; i got it as something to try, but will probably not get it again.

planemech - February 27, 2013I think they over estimated the "...lightly spiced..." part. If it wasn't for that it would rank another star or star and a half higher. So close.
Rugger - February 26, 2013Another good Shiner. I've never had a bad one. This one is light and smooth. Good beer.
Mapwhap - February 25, 2013I thought this one was pretty ok. When I think of saisons and farmhouse ales, I think of something that has been individually bottle conditioned. I suppose for a large batch version of this style, this was not bad at all.
