Higgsyboy - February 8, 2014Nice, lighter in taste and body than its appearance would have you believe. Sticky mouthfeel from the Belgian style, but not in a bad way. Fig notes don't come through too powerfully. Delicious to sip. Would pair great with a Waldorf salad or cheese and fruit.
