7/24/13 at Preserve. Tasty. Not as complex as Bitter Monk. No off flavors.

Hard to explain. The Brett is like a knuckleball on the palate. It's a coin toss on whether you like it or not. I do.

Amazing hop aroma, with a slight hint of cat piss. Definitely worth drinking.

Called femme fatale noir at Randolph beer, but appears to be the same thing. Piney, earthly hops - not fruity or floral. Very nice. Cat, who's not into IPAs, likes this far more than typical IPAs.

Medium Brett flavors and aroma intensity. Very drinkable. Want more! Had this at the 2013 Jolly Skull Beer Fest.

Belgian style; nice color for its clarity. Like a woman who is wise, clever, beautiful and strange--but still familiar to your urges--the Femme Fatale is distinguished and mysterious but not madcap. Mild for the most part with a hint of funk and smoke. Sharp, delicate, with just enough seasoning to set her above the pack.
