pmm - June 17, 2016Initially dry and lots of carbonation (like champagne), finishes with nice balance of hops & spices.
superdeckman - July 4, 2015Wow complex and large. Pours golden with pillowy head. Smells fruity, flowery and saison yeasty. Almost smells like a sour too. Lemons, grass, gooseberries hint of cloves and spicey. The smell as you drink is overpowering. Very good. One must be in an beer artsy frame of mind with this saison. Chillin as it where !
