MonicaAJC - May 18, 2019Might be an excellent example of an English Sweet/ Milk Stout (it is from Maplewood!), but it?s just too sweet for my taste. I like the moderate carbonation and the strong dark chocolate backbone flavor?just not the cloying sweet aftertaste. Glad I tried it but I won?t be having this one again.
Cellar Dweller - February 23, 2017Decent milk stout but not great. Pours dark with a thin tan head. Smells of roasted chocolate. Tastes of roasted malt and burnt chocolate. Light lactose sourness. It's all right.
