Malty IPA. Good beer, not overly hoppy.

My second Heretic beer and boy am I falling in love with this brewery. This red ale is got some hop kick but it's not as evident as it's Cousin. The red amber color is pleasing to the eye and the hop smell wonderful to to nose. The beer drinks smooth and is refreshing. Poured in an IPA glass, the brilliance of this beer proves itself nicely. Yes, this is a fine beer indeed.

Um, wow! I love this beer! It so reminds me of Galaxy Pale Ale in almost every way. Full of flavor and yet a great touch of hops that bite. This beer also sneaks up on you because it's relatively low ABV of 6.8% tricks you into enjoying this beer faster than you ought to. Don't let the name scare you away, because this Fairfield-based beer is probably one of my favorites!
