Very nice. Chocolate with hints of honey, oak, vanilla and bourbon. Great creamy feel.

Very nice and smooth. Velvety mouthfeel. Sweet with honey flavors and a bourbon rush at the end.

The 2011version that I had was good but not great. Maybe a little aging would help to balance this out. I like what bourbon barrel aging can do for stouts and bring out some favors. However this was a bit overpowering. As mentioned before, a bit of age might mellow this out.

The one pictured is a 2011, bottled in limited release. I'm going to try to let it sit a couple of years. I can't rate it, as I've never tried it. I might consume it 12-12-12.
