Awesome bitter and hops. The bitter really lingers at the end

Enjoy by 07.04.15. It's all grapefruit. Really tasty. Bitterness dissipates after a couple sips. Apparently, there are 13 different hop varieties in this one. Ha! A bold brew that could only be conjured up by an innovative American. Happy Independence Day!

APPEARANCE - 2FH that dissipates, foamy, lacing, amber, hazy. AROMA/SCENT - Hops, fruit, citrus. TASTE - Hops, bitter, pine. MOUTHFEEL/PALATE/TEXTURE - A little carbonation, dry, lingering, astringent, effervescent, crisp. VALUE - $8.00 for 1-oz draft. OK. OVERALL/DRINKABILITY - Another winner from Stone.

11th batch 7.4.15! Not so limited or special anymore but a great hop explosion, so I'm not too sad that it is accessible. Comes in 6 packs now too. Tasty hoppy fresh awesome. Same comments as previous versions. Had on draft 6/17 and the hop aromas smack you in the face. An explosion of citrus fresh floral hops on the aroma. Also has resiny notes. Very frothy slowly dissipating white head. Some grassy notes too. Leaves lacing right down the glass in layers. The body is light and refreshing with strong resiny hop flavor. Good strong citrus bites too. More resiny this time around, I prefer the citrus and bitterness amped up in the last version. A good piney citrusy hophead beer. Wondering if the six pack is any different. Had a six pack and I like it this way. Right amount, a glass of beer each time so none of it is waiting in the bottle. So good.

Paired great with burger and onion rings. Same familiar hop kick from Stone with a great hint of peach. Smooth.
