Aroma - grainy sweetness. Hint of corn (DMS). Very light spice. 11 Appearance - creamy white head does not last long. Light gold color, very clear with visible carbonation. 2 Flavor - starts with some malt sweetness but quickly gives way to high hop bitterness that lasts through to the finish. Bitterness lingers in the aftertaste. Crisp, dry finish. Faint, spicy hop flavor. 19 Mouthfeel - medium body. High carbonation with some bite on the tongue. 4 Overall - crisp, refreshing beer. Sweet malt aroma but a dominant bitter flavor. Easy to drink. Slightly high alcohol for German Pils, a quickly dissipating head, less bite from carbonation, and my personal desire for a little more hop flavor are the only suggestions for improvement in this excellent beer. 7 Total - 43

Kind of sharp, not a lot of body. Wouldn't get it again.
