pam.j.amatucci@gmail.com - May 27, 2014I don't understand why people need their palates punched out to be impressed with beer these days. I love the barley backing of this light Weiss. The mouthfeel and abv has a lightness that works ideally in the summer. I think the complexity lies in subtlety here. It's very balanced with yeast, fruit, and hop. Good beer.
