My favorite hill farmstead offering, and my favorite pale ale to date

Great full bodied pale ale, almost like a session IPA with just a touch of maltiness

Cloudy smooth and light. Nice bite on the finish. Piney taste and nose. On tap at Tap and barrel.

Beer #1700 for the old beer cellar.. Great APA..had today at the Hill Farmstead Brewery... Probably in the top 5 favorite APAs of all time.. Extremely smooth, creamy, with enough malt to compliment the hop bite.. A real session beer..with that said however I'm not sure if it is worthy of a top 25 ranking on the brewgene top 100... I had other beers at Hill Farmstead that were more impressive and should be ranked ahead of this.

The standard by which all APA 's should be judged. Simply sublime.
