canadadiane@yahoo.com - May 20, 2014British style ale with malt taste and a butter finish. Toffee undertones. Quite nice and would be good with a hearty stew.
prhubbard - August 21, 2013Flavourful, slightly fruity and of good colour and little head (like my last wife) this beer consistently rates highly in my books which may explain why the one place that serves it on tap is so often tapped out. Durham Brewery is just minutes down the road and yet I have never been there! The only funny thing is and despite its great flavour, two pints is my limit before I need a Caesar to cleanse the palate. Still, that first sip is heaven!
