Lightly cloudy deep amber, with a fair white head. Nice rye aroma with a hint of chocolate malt. Sweet peaty taste up front finished with finely drying herbal hops. Smooth and creamy on the tongue. Might benefit from some carbonated sizzle as it grows increasingly bold, but nonetheless a great beer! Second tasting: excellent creamy lace but no nose to speak of. Taste is quite dry in both a rye and a US hops sort of way, but indistinguishable so. Not bad, but worst Dunham offering yet for me
