Mediocre wee heavy.. Drinkable but not a top tier scotch ale.. Sort of bitey while lacking that heavy malt sweetness.

Oily mouth feel, some alcohol. Oak, toffee.

Great flavor. Balanced, and has a nice sour-ish twist to it. Doesn't feel too heavy but can taste the alcohol.

$4 for a 12 ounce draft at Village Draft House in Raleigh. The taffy & nougat aftertaste proved to be too sweet for me.
