On tap at Harris Teeter. In my book there are no bad Dopplebocks and this is better than average so....... it is good. Not overly malty and not too mellow. Nice balance.

Thick, tasty, malty, not hoppy. Very smooth.

On tap at Old Chicago Pizza and taproom in Jacksonville, NC. I guess I am not a expert on Dopplebocks because this almost taste like a Barley Wine. Which is not a bad thing just surprising. Very malty and thick.

Watery doppel. Malty finish

Strong, toasty, pleasantly malty sweet up front and a little too bitter aftertaste - the contrast between those last two feels a little off balance somehow. Other than that it's pretty quacking good.

Pretty damn good. Nothing special but tasty

Probably best duck rabbit I've had.. Just wish it wasn't so sweet.. Not impressed by this brewery at all, either we have beers too sweet or too hoppy... This However has a big abv and enough malt too luckily reach a 3 star rating..

Drinkable despite extreme malty sweetness

Fantastic. Malty bready aroma. Creamy mouthfeel. Warming. Well done.
