Nice citrus aroma. Flavor hits you with lots of grapefruit and honey. Finishes sweet and bitter. Tasted on draft.

Well balanced double IPA, nice hop profile not grapefruit bitter but nice citrus notes. The only thing that leads on that this is a 9.5abv is a slightly thicker mouth feel and residual sweetness. Nice finish that does not coat the tongue with bitterness, top notch double IPA!

Have only had 5 star quality tastings directly from the brewery. Doesn't seem to hold as well in the bottle.

Great Citra hops aroma and flavor.

Great amber color medium size head. My favorite part of the beer is the smell. Super piney/floral. Like fresh hops. The beer tasted good but not like it smelled. If it tasted more like it smelled it would get a top score. High ABV makes it less drinkable but does not take away from the beer at all. I think it's too pricey though.

Poured a DJ into an 11 glass last night. This beer does NOT disappoint.

A great IPA. There's a hop aroma and flavor that hits you then sits on the back of your mind and tongue. It's the smooth malt profile that rolls for days. Impressive at every sip.

Aroma
Strong piney notes, slight flora notes
Taste
Full mouth feel, malty and sweet, and ends with a nice pine bitter ending.

This is now my go to DIPA. Nice balance of hops and malt.
