Really foamy. Really hoppy initial taste with a malt taste but then the malts hit in after. The more I drink, the more malts I taste

Unfiltered deliciousness. Lighter than your average dipa in color, but not flavor. Not as aromatic as some, but flavor is unique and pronounced with wonderful hop character.

Smell is off putting. Smells like a port-a-potty. Carbonation in beer provides good mouthfeel. For a double IPA not too hoppy

Piney resin and citrus favors. Pretty good but lacked something, mouthfeel ok. Bottle, Sept 2013.

Drink it warm, in my opinion. Some if the better notes come out as it warms. I prefer my IPAs on the malty side, and dislike citrus. This one gets a bit piney, but not in the way I like. It's a good buzz, either way. Still way prefer Essence over this.

You can taste the IPA a lot on this one but it does the trick if you want a quick buzz. Alcohol content almost 10%

Not sure how fresh my offering was, I will update after I have one at the brewery. Clean bitterness balances the sweet malt. Bits of honey and citrus. Aroma and flavor was not as pronounced as you would usually find in a DIPA. Again, not sure when mine was packaged

Descent dipa. Probably the best brew they make.

Nose of ripe strawberries, caramel, and Julius. Strawberry, dulce de leche, and fleur de sal on the palette. Delicious and evenly bittered and malted. Crisp finish feels of ruby red grapefruit and light honey. Mmm.
