The name on this one is a misnomer - little if any bitterness, instead a wonderful, thick, toffee flavor, with a pronounced bourbon-booziness from the barrel aging.

Interesting sweetness on the nose. Syrupy mouthfeel. Toasted coconut, toffee, Carmel sweetness. Sips like a cognac. Good dessert beer
