Jrriley - December 23, 2013On cask. Served in snifter. Nicely balanced nose of chocolate and coffee. It has a creamy look to it. Very smooth, there is definitely chocolate there but not overwhelming. More dark chocolate than anything with a definitive coffee flavor there, maybe just a little too much. A good solid beer especially for anew brewery.
