Mellow sweetness on the start with just enough bite at the finish. 9% is a good kick and adds a bit to the bite at the end. Slightly odd aftertaste but still enjoyable. Bottle to glass at W&J's in Solomon island.

For a double IPA at 9% I must say it's enjoyable. It is a little bitter but that diminishes after the first one :)

APPEARANCE - 2F light brown head that dissipates, lots of lacing, amber, hazy
AROMA/SCENT - Hops, malts, pine, a little sweet.
TASTE - Hops, bitter, nutty, pine. ABV well-hidden.
MOUTHFEEL/PALATE/TEXTURE - Good carbonation, dry, bubbly, light, effervescent, crisp, refreshing.
VALUE - Good value - 6-pack for $11.99.
OVERALL/DRINKABILITY - Very nice Imperial IPA. Too bad they don't distribute in NY. I had to go to Hoboken to buy it.
