Thick stout. Good chocolate taste. Great beer, but better out there for the price.

This beer is ridiculously good. I wasn't expecting to enjoy it so much. The chocolate flavor is very pronounced, which as a chocolate lover is great for me. Well balanced, enjoyable, drinkable. All around a great beer. One of the best I've had (of any style) in a while.

Very heavy. Lots of dark chocolate flavor. Great beer for dessert

Lots of chocolate. It's in the nose, it's in the first sip, it's in the follow. Sure, there's hints of nuts and a nice coffee note, but, My God! There's a lot of sumptuous chocolate flavor. Love it!

Draft, pint
Smells chocolatey, mouthfeel is thick and slick, yet light. A moderate bit if carbonation. Taste really is bitter sweet, or more like sweet bitter, with a moderately dry finish and lingering bitterness. Too bitter. Yes, chocolate is there. But bitterness reminds me of Hershey's special dark chocolate.

Really really good. I would still buy other stuff first

This falls between the smoothness of a Bell's Kalamazoo but with more chocolate, but less, bettered balanced chocolate than Southern Tier's Choklat. Absolutely fantastic, perhaps the best Rogue has to offer.
