Classic Chimay yeast. Slight spice: cardamom, cinnamon. More delicate, lighter and hoppy than other Chimays. Would be great with charcuterie board.

Very light, subtle spice. Nothing special considering the price. I guess I like a richer more flavorful beer. Peter did not like at all.
