Caramelly and just dark enough, a rich flavour and nose, delicious.

Taste has notes of toasted nuts and dark malted barley. Very well balanced, not too bitter or sweet. After taste is pleasant, very quickly bitter then fades away to a slightly clean finish.

Deep flavor

Clear, dark brown with light, lacey, blonde head. Straight forward malty aromas. Malty, chocolate flavors linger on the palate - no hop bitterness. All in all, a pretty solid example of a Doppelbock and eminently enjoyable.
