ausomeawestin - August 8, 2012Pours a cloudy deep gold with pulp. Intense cream colored head of two inches, dissipating with soapy lacing.
Aroma of hops and uncooked dough.
Tastes hoppy with complex range of hop notes: fruit, pine and grass. Fruity Hops are particularly notes of apricot and blueberry.
Little aftertaste, but a kind of soapy bitterness.
Overall a tasty and interesting beer, the only drawback being the soapy aftertaste.
