trained moose - February 13, 2013Tasty stout. The vanilla is subtle and adds to the flavor in a good way. Actually made a beer float with this (yeah sacrilege I know) and breyers vanilla ice cream and I can't lie, I enjoyed it.

sandan_mark - October 10, 2012Wood & beer is great in a BBQ, but still a bit strange in a liquid. Not bad, just not what I am used to. Had a smoked brew last week, but this oak barrel stuff us a different animal. The vanilla is a great idea ...as it seems a natural for stouts anyway.

BIGTIME - September 24, 2012I had this on draft and it was like the current fashionable black lagers then a stout of any sort, but that said it was okay, not enough richness or lasting flavor.
pogo177 - September 11, 2012Black with a light brown head. Sweet aroma. Hints of chocolate and vanilla. Very smooth. Hints of vanilla throughout. Well balanced and easy drinking. A little dryness before the finish.
