Tasty stout. The vanilla is subtle and adds to the flavor in a good way. Actually made a beer float with this (yeah sacrilege I know) and breyers vanilla ice cream and I can't lie, I enjoyed it.

A little more hops than the average stout, but still a good beer for the cold months.

Wood & beer is great in a BBQ, but still a bit strange in a liquid. Not bad, just not what I am used to. Had a smoked brew last week, but this oak barrel stuff us a different animal. The vanilla is a great idea ...as it seems a natural for stouts anyway.

Dark and creamy stout with a satisfying taste of vanilla. Very mild vanilla aftertaste.

I had this on draft and it was like the current fashionable black lagers then a stout of any sort, but that said it was okay, not enough richness or lasting flavor.

Black with a light brown head. Sweet aroma. Hints of chocolate and vanilla. Very smooth. Hints of vanilla throughout. Well balanced and easy drinking. A little dryness before the finish.

Hint of vanilla. Very good but not a pounding beer

Easy drinking but not much in the way of stout-y thickness. A little thin.

A smooth oaky flavor
