Wow! I think I found my new favorite porter. Such a complex flavor, it's hard for me to describe. I really want to drive to Sawyer, Michigan and shake the brewmasters hand. Nice job.

Thick with a dark malt and chocolate. Nice mild hops in this. This is one hell of a beer. Could use just a tad less carbonation

Very dark. Some rye flavor. Mildly creamy but not as much as Guinness.

This "stout-ish porter with a touch of porter-ish stout," as the labeling specifies, is an impressive beer. Since I'm a fan of both, I am loving this beer, and am so far really impressed with this brewery. This particular brew, after first hitting local markets, was chosen by two beer club members for the same drop. Yes, Greenbush - good beer wins.
