specksofdust - May 24, 2013Enjoyed that they didn't venture too far off the hop base into odd malts. It almost has a rye taste, but not quite. Enjoyable bitterness balanced with good dark malt taste. I gave been spoiled by better dark IPAs, but this was worth trying once.

Stout&About - May 10, 2012What a Cascadian Dark Ale should be similar to. Hop nose and also throughout, with malty tones and a bitter, pungent, finish, yet still almost smooth and doesn't linger that much. Very good finished product.

Kr8iveBeer - March 4, 2012Nice dark IPA. Bitter throughout start and finish. Hoppy on the nose. Clean mouth feel. One of the better black IPAs I've had.
