Jrriley - July 20, 2014Slight hoppy nose. Grassy hops right up front and bittering hop taste on the backside. Still this simply tastes like an IPA. This is not true to "steam beer" style which in Germany was low in hops.
Let this warm for 10 min and it is much smoother, the hoppiness settles down.
hchb - July 20, 2013Good stuff. Powerful aroma (not sure if it's in a good way) but pretty good taste. I think it's tempting me to get to know more steam beer!
