Fine Belgian ale. Color is a golden wheat, a bit cloudy with a dull white bubbly head. The aroma is quite sour, almost an ammonia, with a slight sweet balance. The taste is surprisingly clean; bits of sour and dashes of sweet. Fresh and refreshing, but flavorful. 3 of 5 stars.

Bright citrus flavors balanced nicely by full, complex but very smooth ester profile, nice medium body with a delightful warmth that complements the flavors perfectly. Definitely one you'll have to remember is higher ABV--because it would never let on!

Goes good with mild cheeses

One of my favorites! Has a slight black licorice flavor.

Not my favorite Belgian. Not as full bodied as I would like.

Lots of flavor! Like most any unfiltered wheat beer, I thought it tasted better with an orange peel in it. Good spicy fruity flavor. Hard to believe this beer packs 9% ABV.

My favorite golden beer!

Reminds me of a light, unfiltered wheat. I probably have no idea what I'm talking about ... It's totally the beer talking at this point :)
