Interesting layered flavors, with each sip discovering something new. Too bad I don't care for malt heavy brews.

Strong iron notes mixed with fruit. Bitter with slight caramel sweetness at tasting followed by some spices. Pretty good but kind of hoped it would be better

Bottle marked April 2011. Very very good. Some orange on the nose with yeasty farmhouse notes. There's definitely a little bit of spice, but it's actually balanced with the yeastiness. It's what I want from a Christmas ale. Warm enough to welcome in the season, yet light enough to continue enjoying through multiple glasses.

Reddish copper holiday ale with a sweet fruity aroma. Nice holiday ale. Spiced just right with hints of coriander and nutmeg, but very fruity

Strong ale but not overpowering to the pallet. Even spice notes. Bubbly and refreshing. Not a standout brew
