double_eh - October 8, 2012Belgian yeast notes really shine through. Estery fruity notes from the yeast dominate the malt and hop flavours. Light golden color pours with a huge head that lasts forever, sticky with nice lacing. Smells spicy and hoppy. Unfiltered with lots of flaked wheat. Dry, sour finish. Really nice Saison
