Just a terrific beer. It's worth the buy just for the aroma, which is one of the most complex I've experienced. It has a very, very strong aroma of pears, tart apples, starfruit, and loads of spices. It has a pale, hazy, wheat color with no head. The taste is maybe less stellar than the aroma, but only marginally so. It's slightly sour, and has the complexity of a Pinot Gris. Very rich and refreshing. Worth the splurge but maybe too rich to drink a lot of.

Not as good as the rest of Funkwerks line up. Too subtle and a little flat tasting.

Full, creamy head that lingers. Cloudy, pale-straw color. Subtle peach/pear aromas. Fairly full bodied with slightly hoppy finish. I like Funkwerks and I'm disappointed in this offering as it borders on being vapid.
