Very well-rounded medium body. Smooth, with a little sweetness that lingers pleasantly. Not too hoppy.

Wonderful aroma, one o my favorite beers so far. A blond, sweet and complex. Sit with this one one for a bit longer because it's strong ale, re-fermented in the bottle. She may be mad, but she's a hell of a good time, and she goes down mighty easy!
