This is what IPAs taste like. IPAs taste like this. What IPAs taste like is this. All that needs to be said because if you drink beer, you know what I mean. Got at Papa Charlie?s at Lutsen, MN.

Bitter beer with hints of grapefruit and strong bitter aftertaste. Pretty overwhelming with hops.

Bitter, full of flavor, hints of grapefruit.

Strong hop taste. Very smooth but not balanced as well as it could be. Good pale ale

Great mix of hops and a malty backbone. Proud to call Indeed a local brewery. Nicely done!

Blue door MN Jan 2015. Really nice and balanced APa. Nice sorta English IPA malt backbone with American hops.

Excellent Pale Ale if you are a hophead. Could almost be classified as an IPA.
Will definitely look for it again when I return to the Midwest.
