Motor oil consistency but lower carbonation. Big, heavy, woody smell. Small hint of sweetness, maybe cherry. Flavor starts slightly sweet, oakey and alcohol flavors quickly takeover. Very good and complex. Nice.

Little taster. Fucking delicious. Yellow wax. Great. Pretty sweet. Smooth, creamy, and boozy mixes for a great combo. Delicious.

Unspeakably delicious. Sweet for a stout. Viscous. Some dark fruits, honey, vanilla. Awesome.

A heavy ass imperial stout from the dark depths! Not my favorite stout but OMG is it worth a try. It has cherry and malt notes in it like no other and if aged for a year it gets WAY more drinkable!

Bought 2 bottles, drank 1. Tasted like crap. Following B00Z3H0UND's advice & letting other bottle age... for a century maybe.

Dark color, smell of soy sauce taste of black coffee with hint of chocolate and vanilla.

Had Dark Lord over the weekend at Cigar City Hunahpu Day. Dark Lord can not hold up against the Hunahpu.

Pretty amazing.

Very thick, with strong flavor of dark chocolate and coffee. Best when served lightly chilled but not ice cold. Also it gets better the longer it sits, I prefer it aged at least 6 months from bottling date, but 9 months or more is best. The flavors really mellow out and blend well when it ages longer.
