railroadbill351 - February 17, 2013I was initially intimidated by the 70 IBU rating. That far exceeds my normal level of IBU tolerance. But the hints of bourbon, coffee and chocolate balance the bitterness to make this a extremely enjoyable sipping beer. At 10% ABV, you don't want to slam it. Sip and enjoy the amalgam of flavors.
