Fairly fresh bottle. Dark pour with no head. Not a huge barrel aroma but it's there. Very weird! Almost tastes like the salmon I ate last night with the aroma. Wouldn't have another.

If you like the taste of oak in your beer then this is the beer for you. I however wasn't in love. The oak taste was too much.

Solid imperial stout. Deep rich flavors of bourbon, caramel, and malt. Doesn't quite match Ten Fidy or Bourbon County, but it is certainly a great beer.

Great barrel aged stout. Had at brewery 6/2, then bought another to take home. Bourbon notes stronger than other barrel aged stouts.
