Not as bitter up front as I'd like but there is a lingering bitterness from the combo of hops and roast malts.

Not as hoppy as you would expect but a good dark ale. Notes of espresso.

Don't expect the hoppyness of an IPA. Technically this is a Cascadia Dark Ale which is not as hoppy as an IPA. Very drinkable and one of the better beers from Rogue
