Fruity flavor with a lot of tart and sour. It actually made my mouth water in between sips.

At Hopleaf- 3/30/19. Quite tasty. I think I am now a fan of Flanders Red Ales. Described as a lambic in the beer menu. But was not quite that fruity. Just a smidge drier. Brownish color, but the bar was dark. Good carbonation.

It has a beautiful dark garnet color and wheat colored head. It has the familiar sour tang in the nose. The sourness hits you head on in the mouth, but isn't so sour as to cause your face to screw up. The flavor is reminiscent of sour cherries. The finish is fairly short, with a little astringency. It leaves a little tingle on your lips that is pleasant.

Bright aroma -- like a citrusy merlot, a slight malty smell. It has a very rich, wine red hue. Rich, citrusy and sour taste up front. Hints of nectarine, grapefruit, and rich dark berries. Very sharp sour finish, but pleasant. Extremely pleasant beer.

Decent sour. Ralstons in Indianapolis. Last beer of the night. Probably better to start with.

B-. Not much aroma, sweet at first then sour, complex, but not great and 5.5% abv, not 9 stated in description.
