One of my all time favorite dark wilds. So incredibly complex. Leather, sour cherry, dried fig, cocoa powder, toffee, red wine tannins, oak, vanilla, and bourbon.

I have no idea what's going on, but I like it! A little bitter, a little tart, and all tasty.

Great smooth not too sour.

B. An aged cherry taste with noticeable alcohol. Very complex. Had one on tap and the cherry tasted fresh, B for sure.

Wow. I like this one. Cherry aroma and taste. Dark chocolate taste. Really worth trying.

A: really dark burgundy
S: sour cherry
T: follows the nose and then slightly woody aftertaste
It doesn't taste like over 10% ABV.

Incredible sour with a potent kick
cocamide - February 22, 2014
Sour cherry, no carbonation, slight chocolate aroma. Sourness lasts on the finish.

Brown sugar and radians dominate this sour! It's highly unique, smooth, and best as a dessert beer.
