Pale for sure. But flavor is lacking something

Jan 2013, Heartland with Byron. Medium amber color, med body. Tastes a little piney to PJ, citrusy to BG. Bitter and dry up front, sweeter finish.

Clear golden color. Minor head. Meh. Flavor is mildly bitter, moderate sweetness which yields to a more bitter finish. Medium dry finish. Meh. Nothing exciting. Will drink, but would probably chose others first. Hop flavor is floral with soft citrus (but not quite orange).

Light orange with a mild haze and a small white head. Mild orange citrusy aroma rises. Very clean aroma. Mild sweetness hits the tongue followed by a slight bitterness. Citrus flavors dominated by orange flavors. Well balanced where no flavor really dominates. Very drinkable. Medium bodied.
Addition of sweet orange peel really adds to it.
