Not a great apple taste. Tastes flat and watery with an I'm not sure what taste. More sour than sweet. 5%

Not carbonated. Focussed on clean recipe. A bit astringent. Not so dry.

Definitely one of the best ciders that I have tasted. It's very light and crisp with a slightly sweet and slightly bitter taste. It tastes exactly like true apple cider. I really can't say enough about crispin ciders as a whole.
